4. Liability Limitations
a. While we strive for excellence, EZ-Services is not liable for pre-existing damage to windows, flooring, or property. Clients should inform us of any known vulnerabilities before the service.
b. EZ-Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
a. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
b. EZ-Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or emergencies.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Windsor, Ontario.
